Gonorrhea

Gonorrhea is a sexually transmitted infection (STI) caused by bacteria that can infect both men and women. It commonly affects the urethra, rectum or throat, and can also infect the cervix in women.

Common Symptoms

  • Painful urination
  • Pus-like discharge from penis or vagina
  • Abdominal pain
  • Rectal bleeding
  • Sore throat
